Allocation of slots for the Drive-Thru covid-19 sample collection is purely based on availability. If any clarification is required the lab staff will contact you back.
This Drive-Thru option is not applicable for International / Flight travel since it requires Physical verification of documents.
The reports will be sent via email / Whats app only.
If a hard copy is required, it may be collected in person from 2nd floor Central lab reception, hospital building, providing the receipt.
All Positive reports will be intimated to the government also.
Before submitting the data, kindly ensure that all entered data are correct. No changes will be allowed after creation of services.
Refunds (if any) will only be processed against proper requests.
Incomplete filling/ incorrect filling and not completing the online payment will automatically considered void. Completely filled form with payment completion is mandatory
Accepted requests will be contacted back and the time slots will be given.
Provide the paid receipt and photo ID during entry to hospital campus and for verification at sample collection area.
Spot payment or any other payment option is not available for drive thru
Refunds (if any) will only be processed against proper requests. The registration fees will not be refunded.
Turnaround time for ANTIGEN results is 3 hours, TRUENAT – RT-PCR result is 12 to 24 hours and RT PCR (Open System) is 24 hrs from the time of sample collection. The reports may be further delayed if there are any technical issues.
